The intelligent terminal comprises a power controller, an exit controller,a starting power source, an exit relay and a shifting register, wherein the exit controller controls the exit relay, the power controller controls and is connected with the starting power source through the shifting register and is used for performing data latching output after a starting power source startup code or a starting power source shutdown code is moved into the shifting register and controlling the operation of starting up the starting power source and shutting down the starting power source, and only when the starting power source is started up can control of the exit relay by theexit controller be effective. Through the intelligent terminal, segmented control by the power controller and the exit controller is realized, the reliability of tripping of a corresponding relay ofthe intelligent terminal is improved, the situation that maloperation cannot be performed in case of single-chip failure, program fleeting and a hardware fault is effectively guaranteed, and safe andstable running of an intelligent power grid is benefited.
