The invention discloses an omni-directional circularly polarized metasurface solar antenna. The omni-directional circularly polarized metasurface solar antenna comprises a radiation metasurface integrated with a solar cell, a first dielectric layer, a metal floor, a second dielectric layer and a micro-strip feed network from top to bottom, wherein the radiation metasurface is a uniform array formed by a plurality of rectangular rings, and the solar cells are placed inside the respective rectangular rings; four cross-shaped cross gaps which are symmetrically distributed in a rotating mode are formed in the metal floor and are used for achieving uniform equal-amplitude feeding of the radiation metasurface; and a feeding network on the lower surface of the second dielectric layer is used forfeeding each cross-shaped cross gap in a microstrip gap coupling feeding mode to excite an orthogonal mode on the radiation metasurface, so that omni-directional circularly polarized radiation is realized. According to the solar antenna, the performance of the solar cell integrated with the solar cell radiation metasurface and the performance of the antenna are basically not mutually interfered, so that the surface area of the antenna is fully utilized, and meanwhile, it is ensured that the solar cell panel can be completely exposed under illumination.
