The invention relates to the technical field of vaccines, in particular to a preparation method and application of a baculovirus-expressed porcine mycoplasma pneumonia and porcine circovirus type 2 bi-linked genetic engineering vaccine. The vaccine is characterized in that the recombinant baculovirus vaccine comprises a recombinant protein encoded by the gene shown in SEQ ID NO.1 and a recombinantprotein encoded by the gene shown in SEQ ID NO.2. The bi-linked genetic engineering vaccine can produce effective immune protection after immunizing animals, and has a good application prospect for preventing and controlling porcine mycoplasma pneumonia and porcine circovirus type 2 diseases.
