The invention relates to an egg shelling device. The device is used for separating egg white of cooked eggs from egg shells and includes a base frame and a vibration part, the vibration part is installed on the base frame and can vibrate relative to the base frame. The base frame is not necessary for the egg shelling device, the vibration part can work under the grasp of the hand or under other vibrating supports. The vibration part includes an egg fixing device and a vibration generator, and the egg fixing device and the vibration generator are connected and also can be connected through a vibration frame. The egg fixing device is used for fixing the eggs and also can be used for placing or taking out the eggs. In the work process, the vibration generator vibrates, vibration is transmitted to the egg fixing device and finally transmitted to the eggs, egg white of the cooked eggs is a soft substance and can deform under action of vibration as a part of air exists in the egg shells, andthe solid egg shells are not easy to deform due to the shape. Therefore, when the eggs vibrate, the egg shells and the egg white can be separated, and then the egg shells can be easily peeled off after separation of the egg shells and the egg white.
