The invention discloses a future power grid structural form analytical prediction method. The method comprises a power demand prediction step, wherein relevant information is acquired and analyzed toobtain power demand prediction information; a power source planning prediction step, wherein relevant information is acquired and analyzed to obtain future power source planning prediction information; a future power flowing direction analysis step, wherein relevant information is acquired and analyzed to obtain future power flow layout prediction information and future power grid change prediction information; and a future power grid structural form prediction step, wherein the future power flow layout prediction information obtained through analysis in the future power flowing direction analysis step is acquired, and future power grid structural form prediction information is obtained through analysis according to the acquired information. Through the method, the problem that a comprehensive future power grid structural form analysis method is unavailable currently is solved, multiple problems can be considered comprehensively, and the future power grid structural form analytical prediction method is applied to Chinese future power grid structural form evolution prediction and analysis.
