The transparent conductive grid thin film is prepared from particle-free silver ink, and comprises irregular grids which are woven by silver grid lines and extend in the plane direction, and comprises a conductive area and an insulating area, wherein the conductive area is an irregular grid frame formed by weaving silver grid lines, and the insulating area is a blank area defined by the silver grid lines; the thickness of the transparent conductive silver grid thin film is 2-20[mu]m, the transmittance is 60-92% and the square resistance is 1-50/sq; the particle-free silver ink is coated on a crack plate prepared from an acrylic resin CA-600 emulsion, and the transparent conductive silver grid thin film is obtained after drying treatment and cleaning. The grid structure has relatively high flexibility and conductivity, and can be bent and bent repeatedly, and different grid shapes can be obtained by setting the spin coating process parameters, so that the conductive thin films with different transmittance and different square resistance can be further obtained.
