本发明公开了一种消除分段及母联断路器死区故障的继电保护方法，应用于输配电网络针对一种用于变电所单母线分段接线或双母线接线的消除分段或母联断路器死区故障的继电保护。本发明准确动作，切除故障。本发明方案适用于：(1)110kV变电所110kV单母线分段一次主接线；(2)220kV变电所110kV双母线一次主接线；(3)220kV变电所110kV单母线分段一次主接线。
摘要（英）：
The invention discloses a relay protection method for eliminating dead zone faults of section and bus tie circuit breakers. The method is applied to relay protection for eliminating the dead zone faults of section and bus tie circuit breakers for sectionalized single-bus configuration or double-bus configuration of a substation in a power transmission and distribution network. The method disclosedby the invention is accurate in action and free of faults. The scheme is applicable to (1) 110kV single-bus section primary main wiring of the 110kV substation; (2) 110kV double-bus section primary main wiring of the 220kV substation; and (3) 110kV single-bus section primary main wiring of the 220kV substation.
