The invention discloses a big data system and method for battery cascade utilization. The system comprises a battery data acquisition module, a data interaction module, a battery data warehouse and abattery data processing module; the battery data acquisition module is used for collecting battery information in a battery full life circle and transmit the collected the battery information to the battery data warehouse through the data interaction module; the battery data warehouse is used for storing the battery information collected by the battery data acquisition module; and the battery dataprocessing module is used for analyzing the battery state according to the battery information in the battery data warehouse and performing sorting for the batteries according to the states of the batteries. The present invention further discloses a big data method for battery cascade utilization. The performances and the states of the power battery can be accurately and efficiently estimated toimprove the sorting efficiency of the power battery.
