The invention discloses a sandwich structure composite film for packaging a film lithium battery, and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: S1, depositing parylene-Con the film lithium battery to be packaged to prepare a first layer film; S2, depositing polyhexamethylsiloxane on the first layer film to obtain a second layer film; and S3, depositing parylene-C onthe second layer film to obtain a third layer film. According to the sandwich structure composite film for packaging the film lithium battery prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the second layer film is a dense polyhexamethylsiloxane polymer film, which has high moisture isolation property, a polymer structure thereof exhibits a linear structure, so that the flexibilityis high; and the first layer film and the third layer film are parylene-C films, and the benzene ring structure in the molecule belongs to a rigid structure, thereby having corresponding strength.
