The invention relates to an EV charger comprehensive evaluation method and device based on a TOPSIS method, and the method is technically characterized in that the method comprises the following steps: step 1, building a multilayer electric vehicle charger operation state index system according to a static index of an electric vehicle and a power grid interaction dynamic index; step 2, subjectiveanalysis is carried out on the importance degree of each index, and the weight of each layer of index is calculated by using an analytic hierarchy process; step 3, optimizing the subjective weight byusing a combination weighting method to form a combination weight; and step 4, scoring and sorting the evaluation objects by adopting the TOPSIS method, and determining the advantages and disadvantages of the operation state of the charger. The performance of the electric vehicle charger can be comprehensively evaluated, a basis is provided for selection of electric vehicle charging, and the modelselection requirement for the electric vehicle charger in the actual planning process is met.
