The heat exchange component (100) comprises the heat exchanger and a liquidscattering device. The heat exchanger comprises collecting pipes (50), a plurality of heat exchange pipes (11) and liquid guiding parts (30), and the exchange pipes and the liquid guiding parts are connected with the collecting pipes (50). The liquid scattering device is used for providing liquid to the outside surfaces (101a and 102a) of the heat exchanger. The liquid guiding parts (30) are usedfor guiding the liquid on the outside surfaces (101a and 102a) of the heat exchanger into the heat exchanger. Each liquid guiding part (30) comprises a basal part (35) and a mounting part (31), and one end of each mounting part (31) is connected with the basal part (35); and a mounting groove (311) is formed in the other end of the mounting part through an end opening. The liquid guiding parts (30) are embedded among the multiple heat exchange pipes (11) from the outside surfaces (101a and 102a) partially, and at least part of the heat exchange pipes (11) are contained in the mounting grooves(311); and the basal parts (35) are arranged on the outside surfaces (101a and 102a) at least partially.
