The invention discloses a high frequency manganese-zinc soft magnetic ferrite material and a preparation method and applications thereof. The high frequency material comprises a main component and anauxiliary component; the main component comprises Fe2O3, MnO, ZnO, and NiO; and the auxiliary component comprises Ca2CO3, V2O5, Nb2O5, K2CO3, Co2O3, and SnO2. By introducing nickel(II) oxide into themain formula, a quaternary formula system is formed, namely a nickel zinc ferrite system is added into a manganese-zinc ferrite system, the grain size and resistance can be well controlled, thus the high frequency loss is reduced, the high frequency material has a high saturation flux density and a high Curie temperature and is suitable for being used in a high frequency environment (500 KHz to 1MHz). By controlling the pre-burning temperature, sintering temperature, and particle size of powder, the saturation flux density is increased, and the functional loss is reduced.
