The invention discloses a device for simulating drilling and production of a radial horizontal well of a natural gas hydrate reservoir, which comprises a main body reaction system, a gas supply system, a liquid supply system, a collection system, a drilling fluid circulation system, a constant temperature control system and a data processing system, wherein the main body reaction system comprisesa vertical well shaft simulation part and a radial horizontal well simulation part; the vertical well shaft simulation part comprises a longitudinal simulation casing pipe and an oil pipe; a simulation drilling rod is arranged in the oil pipe; a jet drill bit is arranged at the end part of the simulation drilling rod; the radial horizontal well simulation part comprises a horizontal reaction kettle which is transversely arranged; a resistance imaging device, a pressure sensor and an acoustic probe are arranged on the side wall of the horizontal reaction kettle; the horizontal reaction kettle is provided with a simulation hydrate reservoir; and the jet drill bit forms a radial well. The device can simulate the drilling process of the radial horizontal well in the natural gas hydrate reservoir and monitor the response characteristics of the stratum in the drilling process.
