The embodiment of the invention provides a method and equipment for controlling a delay stability margin of a micro-grid. The method comprises the following steps of: calculating set values of activeoutput and reactive output of an inverter according to a consistency control strategy at the top layer; according to the set values of the active power output and the reactive power output of the inverter, controlling the active power output and the reactive power output actually output by the inverter by utilizing a droop control strategy at the bottom layer, wherein the consistency control strategy comprises additional control items related to control variables of active output and reactive output of the distributed power supply. According to the embodiment of the invention, the bearing capability of the microgrid to the communication network delay can be improved, so that the microgrid can keep stable operation under a larger communication network delay.
