The invention relates to an automatic sampling device. A main rod (3) is connected with an expanding rod (4) through a driving device, the driving device drives the main rod (3) and a drill bit (7) tomove vertically in the axial direction, the main rod (3) is provided with multiple clamping grooves formed axially in different positions, a cutting ring is placed in each clamping groove, and through the multiple cutting rings, soil at different soil depths is automatically sampled; the driving device comprises a miniature motor (6), a rotating screw rod (14) and a movable nut (15), one end of the rotating screw rod (14) is connected with the miniature motor (6), the other end of the rotating screw rod is in threaded connection with the movable nut (15), the miniature motor (6) is fixed in the expanding rod (4), and the outer wall of the movable nut (15) is fixedly connected with the hollowed inner wall of the main rod (3).
