The invention relates to the technical field of catalytic cracking, in particular to a preparation method of a catalyzing cracking catalyst. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1)mixing clay, a solid aluminum-based adhesive, a molecular sieve and an aluminum sol, and pulping for less than 30 min, so as to obtain a slurry with solid particle size smaller than 1 mm; (2) homogenizing the obtained slurry in step (1); (3) acidifying the homogenized slurry, and then shaping. The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages that the reaction time of the raw materials is shortened, the destroy to the structure of the molecule sieve is furthest reduced, and while various physical and chemical indexes of the catalyst product are guaranteed, the hydrothermal stability of the catalyst is improved.
