The invention belongs to the technical field of aerial photography and discloses an emergency communication unmanned aerial vehicle system and an emergency communication system. The emergency communication unmanned aerial vehicle system comprises a six-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle, an unmanned aerial vehicle platform system, a GPS (global positioning system) navigation system, a flight control system, a remote sensing camera system, a ground control system, a signal transmission system and a multi-view tilt camera. The emergency communication unmanned aerial vehicle system integrates data such as POS (position and orientation system), DSM (digital surface model) and vector, automatically generates object dense point cloud data through image densely matching three-dimensional modeling, andthrough automatic texture mapping, rapidly establishes a large scale of three-dimensional models, thereby being high in sense of reality and reducing project implementation costs. By means of an obstacle avoidance module, the emergency communication unmanned aerial vehicle system has the advantages of being accurate in measurement, high in automation degree, safe, reliable and convenient to use;meanwhile, by means of a communication path planning module, the emergency communication unmanned aerial vehicle system can achieve high timeliness and rapidity and accordingly search out an optimal unmanned aerial vehicle flight path closer to reality when the unmanned aerial vehicle performs tasks such as emergency communication and air rescue.
