The invention discloses a method for uniformly preparing a gold nanopore array on a large area of an inclined fiber end face, and belongs to the technical field of micro nanometer processing. The keypoints of the technical scheme are that a two-step anodizing method is adopted to prepare an ultra-thin and highly ordered AAO template; the pore size of the template is controlled according to the etching time by a phosphoric acid solution, so that the aperture size of a gold nanopore is accurately controlled; the thickness of the gold nanopore is determined by controlling the time of the electron beam evaporation; and finally, the gold nanopore array with the aperture of 200 nm, a period of 700 nm, and a thickness of 60 nm is obtained. By means of the method, a neatly arranged gold nanoporearray on the inclined end face fiber is easily prepared at a low cost, a substrate tightly adheres to a nano structure through an ultraviolet curable adhesive, no collapse occurs in the whole preparation process, and meanwhile, the gold nanopore array with extremely high precision can be prepared by means of the preparation method of the AAO template according to the technical scheme.
