The invention relates to the field of catalyzing, and discloses a method for preparing a phosphoric acid silicon-aluminum molecular sieve, the phosphoric acid silicon-aluminum molecular sieve preparedthrough the method and a method for preparing olefin from methanol. In the method for preparing the phosphoric acid silicon-aluminum molecular sieve, silicon-phosphate-aluminum dry glue powder is used as a crystallized initial raw material of the molecular sieve and is easy to store, and the problems are solved in that in current industrial product, silica sol, phosphoric acid and other liquid raw materials are difficult to store under the influences of temperature and weather; meanwhile, during crystallization, the usage amount of water is reduced, the yield of the molecular sieve is increased, accordingly, the amount of discharged crystallization liquid sewage is decreased greatly, and the cost for preparing the phosphoric acid silicon-aluminum molecular sieve is lowered. The phosphoricacid silicon-aluminum molecular sieve prepared through the method shows excellent catalyzing performance when used for a reaction of catalyzing methanol to prepare olefin.
