The invention relates to a method for carrying out reverse transportation on a large air pipe in a module. The method adopts the following steps that firstly, a plurality of slideway beams are fixed on slideway supports above a deck layer; secondly, a plurality of rolling wheels are fixed below the large air pipe; and thirdly, the large-scale air pipe equipped with the rolling wheels is hoisted onto the slideway beams and then moved to the inside of the large-scale module to be reversely transported. By the adoption of the method, the air pipe can be quickly laterally mounted to a designated position inside a certain deck layer of the module, and the reverse transportation efficiency is improved; and moreover, the bumping phenomenon of the large air pipe during reverse transportation is not likely to happen.
