The invention discloses a preparation method of a nano-fiber reinforced wood composite sandwich board. In the method, glass fiber wires are implanted on the surface of a poplar veneer, veneer glass fiber implantation and densification composite reinforcement technologies are utilized to improve the physical and mechanical properties of the board and strengthen structural units of the poplar veneer, and the physical and mechanical properties of the poplar veneer laminated wood are enhanced by combining a laminated composite material composition principle with a chopped fiber mixing theory, so that the use range of poplar is widened, wood resources are saved and the contradiction between supply and demand of wood is relieved; the surface of the veneer can be structurally modified through plasma surface treatment, so that bonding and pressing between the veneers can be more sufficient during later hot pressing, and the overall mechanical strength and bending resistance after pressing canbe further strengthened.
