The invention relates to a method for rapidly preparing a water-soluble CIS (CuInS2) quantum dot/RGO (reduced graphene oxide) composite. The method comprises the following specific steps: 1) indium acetate and copper acetate monohydrate are added to ultrapure water, heated and stirred until complete dissolution, then 3-mercaptopropionic acid and a sodium sulfide solution are added, a thermal reaction is performed, and an aqueous CIS quantum dot solution is obtained; 2) GO (graphene oxide) is prepared with a Hummers method; 3) GO is ultrasonically dispersed in the ultrapure water, an aqueous GOsolution is obtained and added to the aqueous CIS quantum dot solution, a reaction is performed at 60-90 DEG C under normal pressure for 1-2 h, centrifugal separation, washing and drying are performed after the reaction, and the water-soluble CIS quantum dot/RGO composite is obtained. The method adopts simple process and is easy to implement, and the obtained CIS quantum dot/RGO composite is uniform in morphology and stable in performance and can be well dissolved in an aqueous solution.
