The invention provides a displaying base plate and a displaying device. The displaying base plate comprises a base and a plurality of displaying units arranged on the base, and further comprises signal wires and a control unit; the signal wires are used for connecting two adjacent displaying units in the multiple displaying units; at least part of the signal wires is made of a shape memory material, and can deform to different degrees under different excitation conditions, and the control unit is used for detecting the deformation of the base and applying the corresponding excitation conditions on the signal wires according to deformation of the base so that the signal wires can be at the deformation state which is adaptable to the deformation of the base. Compared with an existing deformable displaying base plate, the displaying base plate can avoid the situation that wiring in a circuit are broken or cannot return to the original state before deformation when the base plate deforms,accordingly deformable property of the displaying base plate is well achieved, normal displaying of the displaying base plate in the deformation process is realized simultaneously, and therefore popularization and application of the deformable displaying base plate are facilitated.
