The invention relates to the field of solar cell preparation methods, in particular to a preparation method of a solar cell backplane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) after terephthalic acid and hexafluoropentane diol are subjected to an esterification polycondensation reaction, a fluorine-containing polymer is obtained, the fluorine-containing polymer is added into a carbon nano tube and ethyl alcohol, and a first base layer film is obtained; (2) a second base layer film is obtained; (3) through melt extrusion of a double-screw extruder, an adhesion layer is obtained; (4) the first base layer film, the adhesion layer and the second base layer film are placed into a plasma cavity to be subjected to corona treatment; (5) the first base layer film, the adhesion layer and the second base layer film are laminated; and (6) a substrate is brushed with an adhesive, and finally an EVA layer is hot-pressed on the substrate. The solar cell backplane can have good corrosion resistance and ultraviolet aging resistance, adhesive force between the layers is increased, and weather resistance of the layers is enhanced; and the preparation method is simple, the preparationefficiency is improved, and the preparation cost is saved.
