According to the algorithm, a second-order polynomial fitting fading fuzzy effect is utilized to improve the resolution of light and dark stripes of the image; Utilizing histogram equalization to improve the extinction ratio of the image and increase the contrast ratio of light and dark stripes of the image; and furthermore,the image edge is enhanced by utilizing Sobel filtering, so that the decoding rate of light and dark stripes of the image is improved. According to the method, the image processing algorithm that theblurred effect occurs in the image shot by the visible light positioning algorithm under the intelligent lamp is comprehensively considered, so that the visible light positioning system can still correctly decode the beacon after shooting the blurred image, and the blank that the blurred image cannot be processed in the visible light positioning algorithm is filled.
