本发明公开了一种血管紧张素转化酶抑制活性功能肽及其应用。其氨基酸序列为异亮氨酸-异亮氨酸-甲硫氨酸-亮氨酸-亮氨酸-脯氨酸-谷氨酰胺-赖氨酸-半胱氨酸。本发明从珍珠贝软体部菠萝蛋白酶促水解产物中分离得到具有血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)活性抑制活性的功能肽，其可以作为ACE抑制肽，应用于具有AEC抑制能力的功能食品或功能饲料中，具有广阔的应用前景。

The invention discloses a functional peptide capable of inhibiting the activity of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and applications thereof. The amino acid sequence of the functional peptide is isoleucine-isoleucine-methionine-leucine-leucine-proline-glutamine-lysine-cysteine. The functional peptide is separated from the product of bromelain promoted hydrolysis of the soft part of pearl shells, can inhibit the activity of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE), can be used as an ACE inhibiting peptide, is used to prepare functional food or functional feed with an ACE inhibiting function, andhas a wide application prospect.
