The present invention relates to a scroll compressor which may comprise: a first bearing for rotatably supporting a rotation shaft on a casing on one side of a motor; a second bearing for rotatably supporting the rotation shaft on the casing on the other side of the motor; and a third bearing for rotatably supporting the rotation shaft on an orbiting scroll on the opposite side to the first bearing with reference to the second bearing, wherein the distance between the center of the first bearing and the center of the third bearing is defined by a predetermined distance, the distance between the center of the motor and the center of the third bearing is defined by a longer distance than the distance between the center of the motor and the center of the first bearing, and the distance between the center of the second bearing and the center of the motor is defined by a longer distance than the distance between the center of the second bearing and the center of the third bearing. Accordingly, the second bearing which is placed in poor load conditions can be prevented from being damaged.
