The invention discloses a liquid crystal display panel and a display device. The liquid crystal display panel can effectively solve the problem that a coating film layer flows and spreads to the peripheral edges of the liquid crystal display panel from a display area, and correspondingly avoids the phenomenon that the thickness of the coating film layer at the peripheral edges of the display areais nonuniform. Thus, the problem that the display effect is poor due to nonuniform thickness of the coating film layer during display is avoided, and improvement of the display effect is facilitated.
