According to the polyurethane protective tool and the preparation method thereof, through the compound action of the compositions, theprepared polyurethane protective device has extremely high impact-resistance performance, good wear-resisting performance, low weight and good protective effect; and the preparation method of the polyurethane protective tool is simple and easy to implement.
