The invention relates to a preparation method of a Mn-Zn soft magnetic ferrite material with higher strength. The method comprises the following steps: main materials are prepared according to the mole ratio of Fe2O3:MnO:ZnO being (52.0-55.0):(34.5-37.5):(11.0-13.0); by taking the main materials as reference, 0.004wt%-0.008wt% of ZrO2, 0.015wt%-0.020wt% of CaCO3, 0.003wt%-0.005wt% of SiO2 and 0.15wt%-0.20wt% of V2O5 are taken; the main materials are mixed and subjected to primary ball milling and grinding: deionized water, an adhesive and a dispersant are added to the prepared main materials,and ball milling is performed sufficiently; the main materials are pre-sintered; the main materials and auxiliary materials are mixed and subjected to secondary grinding and ball milling; forming andsintering are performed. A prepared magnetic core has greatly improved mechanical strength as compared with the same magnetic core prepared from a common material under the same conditions, so that high requirements for electrical performance and mechanical strength are met simultaneously.
