The invention discloses a time-space separation type solid planting and breeding method in strongly saline-alkali soil. The method comprises the following steps that, a 'raise field-shallow pool' combined system is established, two sides of a ladder-shaped raise field are ditched, a shallow pool is formed in between the ditches, a breeding pond is arranged in the shallow pool, salt discharging ditches are formed in two sides of the shallow pool; the field is as long as the pool, the ratio of the pool width to the total width of the field-pool is (current soil salt content-the upper limit of salt content proper for culturing crops)/current soil content; when the salt content on the raise field is more than 0.3 percent, sonchus oleraceus and triticale or ryegrass are cultured alternately; when the salt content on the raise field is less than 0.3 percent, rice and grain feed crops are subjected to paddy-upland rotation; raise field salt-leaching is matched with freeze salt-leaching; the breeding pond adopts mixed breeding of fish, shrimps and shells, fish is tilapia. According to the method, the salt content of saline-alkali soil is reduced to current 0.3 percent or less from previous0.45 percent, the local plant coverage area is increased by 25 percent, and the economic benefit and ecological benefit are remarkably increased.
