The invention provides an image processing method, which is applied to a mobile terminal. The method comprises the following steps of, in response to an operation instruction, obtaining at least two pieces of image parameter information in a current image, wherein the at least two pieces of the image parameter information are at least two following parameters: image focal length parameter information, image gain parameter information and image color temperature parameter information; determining a corresponding image processing mode through the at least two pieces of the image parameter information; and processing the current image in the image processing mode. The invention further provides a mobile terminal and a computer readable storage medium. The image processing mode determined in the way can be used for processing the current image more pointedly, so that the imaging quality is improved.
