The invention relates to a lithium-ion battery system and a lithium-ion battery temperature control method. The lithium-ion battery system includes a battery pack and a temperature management device.The battery pack includes a plurality of single cells and a box body, the single cells are spaced apart in the box body, and the box body is provided with a first opening and a second opening. The temperature management device includes a gas circulation device which is in communication with the first opening and is used for injecting gas into the first opening to adjust the temperature inside thebox body. According to the lithium-ion battery system provided by the invention, the problem of the uneven temperature inside the box body during charging and use processes can be effectively solved.
