The invention discloses a method for preparing a nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped porous carbon sheet for a super capacitor. The method comprises the steps of (1) first carbonization: mixing alkali lignin, phytic acid and urea (or melamine) and performing first carbonization reaction after cross-linked polymerization, and (2) second carbonization: mixing a first carbonization product and alkali and then performing secondary carbonization reaction to obtain the nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped porous carbon sheet. According to the method, with the alkali lignin as a three-dimensional framework, a two-dimensional sheet structure formed by the combination of the urea (or melamine) and the phytic acid is carbonized to obtain a carbon material in which two-dimensional and three-dimensional structure coexist, and the nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped porous carbon sheet shows excellent electrochemical performance.
