The invention relates to a mineral slurry conveying abrasion-resistant and corrosion-proof composite pipe for thermal power plant wet-process desulfurization and preparation of the mineral slurry conveying abrasion-resistant and corrosion-proof composite pipe, and belongs to the technical field of slurry conveying pipes. The mineral slurry conveying abrasion-resistant and corrosion-proof compositepipe comprises an inner layer and at least one outer layer, wherein the inner layer and the at least one outer layer are nested together in a hot-melt co-extrusion coaxial composite mode; the outer layer is one or more coaxial layered structures which are nested together in a hot-melt co-extrusion mode; and a fusion interface is formed at the contact between the layer and the layer. According tothe mineral slurry conveying abrasion-resistant and corrosion-proof composite pipe for the thermal power plant wet-process desulfurization, the abrasion and corrosion performance requirements of mineral slurry during the conveying process to a pipeline are met, and the pressure, the strength and the durability requirements required by the mineral slurry conveying mare met; meanwhile, the abrasion-resistant and corrosion-proof composite pipe has high strength and high rigidity, significantly improves the span bending strength of the pipe, and is more suitable for high span installation; and thecomposite pipe is extruded and molded in the production process, not produces any drop as an organic whole, and the possibility of blocking the pipeline is prevented.
