The anti-fogging heat insulation membrane has the advantages of excellent wear resistance, weather resistance and stability, ageing is not easily caused, so that the service life of the anti-fogging heat insulation membrane is effectively prolonged, better heat insulation and air permeable performance are achieved, an anti-fogging effect is enhanced, and the anti-fogging time is prolonged.
