The invention discloses a manufacturing technology for a micropore polyurethane shoe sole. The technology comprises the following steps that S1, raw materials comprising, by weight, 35-39 parts of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 20-30 parts of dacron resin, 25-30 parts of polyester polyol, 22-26 parts of sodium hydroxide, 19-23 parts of simethicone, 18-22 pats of superfine white carbon black, 18-22parts of operation oil, 16-20 parts of nanocrystalline iron oxide powder, 5-9 parts of zinc stearate, 4-8 parts of a fomain gagent, 3-5 parts of a cross-linking agent and 1-3 parts of a coupling agentare prepared; S2, the methyl vinyl silicone rubber, the dacron resin, the polyester polyol, the sodium hydroxide, the simethicone, the operation oil, the nanocrystalline iron oxide powder and the zinc stearate in the step one are added into an internal mixer for mixing. The technology is simple, the preparation cost is low, the shoe sole has higher gas permeability, higher adhesive force, higherweather ability and higher abrasion performance, the using quality of the polyurethane shoe sole is effectively improved, and the service life of the shoe sole is effectively prolonged.
