The invention provides a preparation method of a piezoelectric ceramic composite material. The preparation method comprises the steps as follows: sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, lithium carbonate, manganese dioxide, lanthanum nitrate, niobium pentaoxide, bismuth oxide, zirconium dioxide, tantalum pentoxide and absolute ethanol are mixed and charged into a ball milling tank, and raw materialmixing and ball-milling are executed by using a zirconium dioxide ball-miller; drying and screening are executed; pre-sintering and dry-pressing molding are executed, the mixture is put in a crucibleand heated, and heat preservation is executed; the mixture is transferred into the ball milling tank, and the anhydrous ethanol and the zirconium dioxide ball-miller are added for ball milling again;the mixture is taken out and then is put into an oven, and drying is executed to obtain composite powder; the composite powder and a binder are mixed evenly, and the mixture is transferred to a mixerfor mixing; the mixture is transferred to an injection machine for injection molding, and a wafer-shaped green body is obtained; sintering is executed by adopting a powder-burying sintering method; the surface is polished and ground flush after the sintered body is taken out, and double sides are coated with silver paste and fired to obtain the material. The piezoelectric ceramic composite material prepared by adopting the method has very good piezoelectric property and strong capability of converting electric energy into mechanical energy and meanwhile has very good compressive property.
