The invention discloses a hooking device applicable to intelligent lifting equipment. The hooking device comprises a pressing rod, a button, a piston, a return spring, a locking sliding rod, a cam shaft, a shell, a positioning ring, a limiting spring, a rotating rod, sheaves and a bottom cover. The rotating rod is fixed to the lower end of the cam shaft, the bottom cover is rotationally provided with the two sheaves, two protrusions are formed on the sheaves, and a concave port is formed in the bottom end of the shell. When the sheaves are rotated, the protrusions of the shaves penetrate through the concave port to be located outside the shell or retracted from the exterior of the shell. The hooking device is mainly composed of an intermittent rotating mechanism and a transmission mechanism, the overall structure is simple and compact, a mechanical structure is adopted, the cost is low, and maintenance and part replacement are convenient. The intermittent rotating mechanism and the transmission mechanism are accurate and reliable in transmission, the cam shaft is rotated by 90 degrees once the button is pressed one time to drive the sheaves to rotate by 90 degrees, and intermittentstretching and retraction of the whole mechanism are achieved through radial size changing of the shaves.
