The invention discloses a method for hoisting a shield tunneling machine out of a narrow space close to a business line. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, manufacturing a receiving bracket of the shield tunneling machine; 2, arranging a guide rail and pushing the guide rail into the shield tunneling machine; 3, disassembling and lifting out the upper half part of a shield tail; 4, dismounting and lifting out a spiral conveyor; 5, disassembling and lifting out an assembling machine; 6, disassembling and lifting out the lower half part of the shield tail; 7, lifting out a middle shield; 8, adjusting the positions of a cutterhead and a front shield; and 9, separating and lifting out the cutterhead and the front shield sequentially. The method is simple and reasonable in design,when a wellhead of a vertical shaft is narrow and small, by means of the mode that the shield tunneling machine is disassembled firstly and then hoisted out, a traditional mode that the shield tunneling machine can be hoisted out only through a large shaft wellhead is broken through, 10 tons of chain blocks and 5 tons of chain blocks are adopted for disassembling the spiral conveyor, the disassembling work of the spiral conveyor is simplified, and the spiral conveyor returns to an original shaft wellhead to be hoisted out under the condition that the shaft wellhead is narrow; and the front shield and the cutterhead are adjusted in direction and then are sequentially lifted out of a shaft wellhead, and the problem that the cutterhead and the front shield are difficult to separate is solved.
