The invention belongs to the field of fluid machinery and particularly relates to a magnetically actuated water spraying propelling pump with small-hub-ratio impellers. The magnetically actuated waterspraying propelling pump with the small-hub-ratio impellers comprises two groups of impeller assemblies which are coaxially arranged in a pump cavity; the two groups of impeller assemblies are arranged oppositely; each group of impeller assembly comprises an impeller shaft, a guide blade fixed on the impeller shaft as well as an impeller arranged on the impeller shaft through a bearing; and the impellers are the small-hub-ratio impellers. The small-hub-ratio impeller designed by the invention has a reasonable structure and excellent hydraulic performance; and under the condition that the flowand the lift meet the design condition requirements, the hub is shrunk to about 64 percent and the outer diameter of the impeller is shrunk to about 13 percent, so that the flow capacity of the impeller is significantly improved.
