一种促进血液流动的装置，包括：绳带，用于套设于用户的足趾下方；致动器，用于将所述绳带间歇性地向下肢拉紧和放松；附着元件，用于将所述致动器附着在用户的下肢上。该装置是小型的、便携的、简单的机械装置，通过将能量特别是电能或者磁能转换为机械力，拉动足背曲和跖曲，从而带动小腿肌肉发生收缩和舒张运动，挤压小腿静脉，使得血液持续流动，达到防止血栓形成的目的。

The invention provides a device for promoting blood flow. The device comprises: a rope belt used for sleeving the lower part of the user's toes; an actuator used for tensioning and relaxing the rope belt intermittently to the lower limbs; and an attachment member used for attaching t the actuator to the user's lower limbs. The device is a small, portable, simple mechanical device, and converts energy, especially electrical energy or magnetic energy, into mechanical force to pull foot dorsal flexure and plantarflexion, thereby causing contraction and relaxation of the calf muscles, squeezing calf vein, promoting continuous blood flow and achieving the purpose of preventing thrombosis.
