The invention discloses an energy storage billing method, comprising the following steps: collecting voltage, current and residual electric quantity information of an energy storage device; accordingto the collected voltage, current and residual electric quantity information of the energy storage device, analyzing, by an energy storage cloud platform, whether the energy storage device needs to becharged or discharged or not; according to an analysis result, determining whether the energy storage device is charged or discharged at the current moment; if the energy storage device is selected to be charged or discharged, performing energy storage billing according to an access time period and the selected electric charge and service model. The problem of reasonably dispatching a great number of energy storage devices to achieve the requirement for a good unified billing mode for utilizing energy storage resources is solved.
