The fabricated two-part stairs comprise a box room structure main body and a built-in stair system, wherein the built-in stair system comprises onesection of built-in single-flight stairs, two sections of built-in dual-flight stairs, one middle rest platform and one two-layer rest platform, the built-in single-flight stairs and the built-in dual-flight stairs are folded in a V shape, directions of the two built-in dual-flight stairs are the same, the middle rest platform is arranged between the built-in single-flight stairs and the built-indual-flight stairs, the upper end of the built-in single-flight stairs is connected with the middle rest platform, the bottom ends of the built-in dual-flight stairs are propped against the middle rest platform, and the tops of the built-in dual-flight stairs are connected with the two-layer rest platform. Two-part design is realized for the fabricated stairs for the first time, design patterns ofthe fabricated stairs are enriched, and the fabricated stairs have great significance in relief of pedestrian volume.
