The invention discloses an agricultural and forestry waste reused environmental-friendly new energy fuel, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 36-51 parts of crop straws, 15-21 parts of South Asian pine, 11-16 parts of Korean pine, 7-13 parts of Masson pine sawdust, 5-11 parts of back wattle sawdust, 6-14 parts of elm sawdust, 16-21 parts of camellia shell, 11-17parts of sawdust, 8-13 parts of peanut shells, 24-30 parts of coal dust, 10-15 parts of turf, 3-8 parts of iron ore powder, 2-7 parts of isobutanol, 1-4 parts of potassium chlorate, 1-6 parts of ferrocene, 2-5 parts of aluminum oxide, and 12-19 parts of waste cooking oil. The biomass fuel prepared by the invention is low in content of sulfur, nitrogen and ash and meets the index of clean fuel, sothat the national environment protection requirement can be met without adopting any desulfurization and denitration measures; and moreover, the combustion efficiency is high, the fuel is easy to be consumed with less residue carbon. In comparison with coal, the fuel provided by the invention is high in volatile content, low in ignition point, easy to light; the energy density is high, and the combustion duration is greatly increased; in combustion, the content of hazardous gas is extremely low, the emission of harmful gas is less, thus, the environment is protected.
