The invention discloses a zirconium oxide and methyl chlorosilane combined preparation process and a combined preparation system. The process comprises the following steps: preparing zirconium oxide by taking zircon sand, a reducing agent carbon, chlorine gas, a heat supplementing agent silicon and hydrogen chloride as raw materials, wherein separated gas phase substances in the zirconium oxide preparation process include carbon monoxide, hydrogen and hydrogen chloride phase substances; and preparing methyl chlorosilane by taking the separated gas phase substances in the zirconium oxide preparation process as the raw materials. By taking exhaust gas such as carbon monoxide and hydrogen chloride generated in the zirconium oxide preparation process as the raw materials for preparing methyl chlorosilane, the exhaust gas is recycled with a high value effectively and the treatment cost of the exhaust gas is lowered, and the environmental pollution is avoided. Meanwhile, the production costof methyl chlorosilane is lowered, the process level is improved and the comprehensive economical benefit is improved.
