The invention relates to a connector assembly and equipment box. The equipment box comprises a box body, wherein an external socket and a printed board are respectively fixed on two adjacent walls ofthe box body, a wiring hole is further formed in the box body, the equipment box also comprises a connection piece, one end of the connection piece is connected with the external socket, the other endof the connection piece penetrates through the wiring hole and is connected with the printed board by a connection part, and the connection piece is a flexible part of which a main body part can be freely bent. A traditional wire connection terminal mode is substituted by the connection piece, the connection piece is a conductive piece and has goof flexibility, one end of the connection piece isconnected with the printed board by the connection part, no terminal is needed to be welded, thus, a phenomenon of welding tin climbing does not exist, the effective bending length of the connection piece can be improved, the equipment box is conveniently applicable to a situation that the printed board and the axis of the external socket are coplanar and also can be applicable to a situation thatthe printed board deviates from the axis of the external socket, and the applicability of the connector assembly is improved.
