The invention discloses a solar cell, a manufacturing method thereof, and a solar cell module. The solar cell comprises a substrate, an emitter layer, a passivated layer, at least one bus electrode, aplurality of finger electrodes, and a back electrode. The emitter layer is arranged on the front surface of the substrate. The passivated layer is arranged on the emitter layer. The bus electrode isarranged on the front surface of the substrate. The finger electrodes are arranged on the front surface of the substrate and are connected to the bus electrode. Each finger electrode comprises a roughtop surface and two inclined lateral surfaces, which are connected to the rough top surface. The rough top surface comprises a plurality of bar-like structures. The bar-like structures are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the finger electrodes. Each bar-like extends along the length direction of the finger electrodes. The back electrode is arranged on the back of the substrate.The bar-like structures can effectively reflect all light pointing to the finger electrodes into the solar cell; thus the light absorption efficiency of the solar cell is improved, and the output power of the solar cell module is increased.
