The finger electrodes are arranged on the front surface of the substrate and are connected to the bus electrode. Each finger electrode comprises a roughtop surface and two inclined lateral surfaces, which are connected to the rough top surface. The rough top surface comprises a plurality of bar-like structures. The bar-like structures are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the finger electrodes. Each bar-like extends along the length direction of the finger electrodes. The back electrode is arranged on the back of the substrate.The bar-like structures can effectively reflect all light pointing to the finger electrodes into the solar cell; thus the light absorption efficiency of the solar cell is improved, and the output power of the solar cell module is increased.
