The invention discloses a high-signal-to-noise-ratio gas-liquid two-phase flow phase content detection method for a double-saddle structure. In the method, since the detection system is under a resonant state, the measurement of the two-phase flow phase content is more sensitive than traditional electromagnetic detection. In addition, since an emission circuit and a receiving circuit are resonant at the same frequency, interference signals at different frequencies are not received by a detection coil, and the anti-jamming capability is high. In addition, the magnetic flux density of an excitation magnetic field generated by a saddle-shaped receiving and dispatching coil is evenly distributed along a measured pipeline, so that a two-phase flow pipeline is positioned in the sensitive field, and measurement is more accurate.
