The invention relates to a transparent conductive thin film, comprising a first hard coating, a first transparent conductive layer and a first metal layer which are sequentially formed on a first surface of a base material, and a second hard coating, a second transparent conductive layer and a second metal layer which are sequentially formed on a second surface of the base material. The first hardcoating and/or the second hard coating comprises a plurality of particles, so as to form a plurality of protrusions on the surface of the first metal layer and/or the second metal layer, wherein thesurface arithmetic mean roughness of the particles ranges from 0.025 to 0.5 micron. When the transparent conductive thin film is curled, the plurality of protrusions can enable the two adjacent metallayers to form point contact, thereby preventing adhesion. Further, since the plurality of strip-shaped grooves are formed in the surfaces of the particles, the surface areas of the particles are increased. Therefore, the contact areas between the particles and the first hard coating and/or the second hard coating are increased, and the adhesion of the particles is increased, so that the particlescan be effectively prevented from falling off. In addition, the invention further provides a touch screen and a preparation method thereof.
